## How It Works

1. Human direction, assignments, collectors, and events become normalized Signals.
2. Organization routing gives each Signal one accountable durable Bot.
3. Explicit authority governs cognition, tools, artifacts, and effects.
4. Gateway buys the cheapest sufficient intelligence inside privacy, quality, latency, and budget boundaries, returning a receipt for every purchase.
5. Bounded cells can operate files, browsers, and ordinary applications through time- and purpose-bound brokered sessions.
6. External acceptance verifies outcomes before consequence.
7. Approved knowledge returns to the Bot through compare, replay, promotion, and rollback.
